Our Winemaker

Having moved to the South West of WA 8 years ago to pursue his winemaking career, Tom has worked alongside some of the best winemakers in the industry.

Over this time he has been fortunate enough to have had an opportunity to learn from them & craft award-winning wines alongside them. It is through this experience that Tom felt ready to use his knowledge to produce our own small-batch wines.

So, in 2022, Tom & his wife Courtney established Thomas William Wines. Tom has developed a passion for winemaking that is reflected in the quality of Thomas William Wines. Tom hopes you enjoy drinking them, as much as he did making them!

Sales & Admin

Keeping it short & sweet, much like her stature, Courtney is wife of winemaker Tom. A qualified Pharmacist & mum to two beautiful children.

She tends to offer her assistance over vintage, helping hand-pick the grapes sourced for our premium wines. With no background in the winemaking industry she prefers to keep her expertise to sales, admin & social media.
