2023 Thomas William Wines Syrah & co

Our 2023 Syrah & co shows a lively ruby colour in the glass. On the nose you will find dark forest fruits, leading to white pepper and plum on the palette being carried by ripe fruit tannins and a moreish acid profile. Fermented in skins for 14 days, pressed to seasoned French oak where it stayed for 9 months. This might just be the best pizza wine ever produced.
