2022 Thomas William Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

This single vineyard wine is sourced from old vines in the heart of Wilyabrup. The nose shows vibrant red fruits, cloves and violets. The palette has an abundance of ripe raspberry with black and red currents. The vanilla notes are supported by elegant and respectful tannin, both oak and fruit derived. Fermented on skins for 18 days and pressed to new and seasoned French oak, where it stayed for 15 months. Best consumed with red meat cooked over an open flame, staring off into the Yallingup Hills.
