2023 Thomas William Wines Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay is sourced from a single site in the heart Of Wilyabrup. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in new and seasoned French oak where it stayed on lees for 9 months. This lively wine has a nose of citrus blossom, sea spray and lemon zest. The palette presents notes of white stone fruit, lime juice and vanilla all carried by a lively acidity. Best served with a dozen oysters overlooking Gracetown.
