This fruit is sourced from a single vineyard in the south of Margaret River, it is 100% barrel fermented. Zesty, aromatic, and effortlessly bright – the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc captures the coastal vibrancy of Margaret River in every glass. Bursting with fresh lime, grapefruit and white peach this wine is all about pure refreshment, balanced with a mineral edge a mouthwatering acidity. Clean on the finish, complex on the nose, made for warm days, fresh oysters, and spontaneous moments shared. Best enjoyed staring out at the West Coast sunset by the coast.

"This is an excellent example of a southern Margaret River sauvignon blanc that received 100% barrel fermentation in older oak, where it stayed for 6 months. This could easily have got out of hand, and yet the oak and fruit balance is superb. On the nose, there’s a lovely floral, slightly subdued nuttiness with a little lift of citrus. The palate has real energy, with lemony stone fruit richness, and that oak sitting snugly within maintains a linear feel."
